Our Training Strategy
We take training seriously. To this end, Sentinel Africa is fully accredited by the Centre for Management Development (CMD). Participants’ skills and knowledge will be increased and honed in a setting that features the following techniques to enhance learning:

With extensive public speaking experience, he is passionate about effective communication and leadership development.

Nneka Egbuwoku is a certified leadership coach, mentor, and CMD-certified trainer with expertise in workforce development, HR consulting, and management training. She has over 25 years of experience designing and facilitating various industries' leadership and organizational development programs. At Sentinel Africa, she oversees HR and administrative functions, ensuring operational efficiency.
